When I try to transfer any art to canvas art turns light and bright

When I try to transfer any art to canvas, art turns immediately light and bright. I tried to do that many times, no matter the art the contrast became very light and bright and changes the art piece appearance, so I can not transfer art to canvas because it appears inaccurate. Please let your team know about this problem. This is not the first time it happened it’s a persistent problem with any art, so beauty of the art vanishes due this instant change.
Here is an example this is a canvas and below it another product also transferred with the same art transferred in saved designs :

I’ve had the same issue for a while.

@MasterpieceCafe   Thank you for letting me know it’s not only me, I wondered what’s going on, it’s been for a while for me too. Fingers crossed they will be able to fix it.

I don’t know how applying an image works on Zazzle’s auto-created product mock-ups, but on Photoshop, there is a transparency setting called “multiply.” This allows the shadows and highlights to filter through the jpg or png file that gets overlaid on the product, so you don’t end up with the issue seen here and on a few other products. It looks, to me, that this step has not been applied to those specific auto-generated mock-ups. This issue can be resolved, using whatever settings are available to folks who create (or perhaps purchase) Zazzle auto-generated product mock-ups. This is another technical issue that Zazzle website developers need to resolve.
