When resizing image, the image automatically gets cropped.

So annoying!  Whenever I try to make a image smaller, the image also gets cropped. I always have to click on the cropping tool to correct it.

To turn off this feature go to Settings in the design tool (upper left of the tool) and tick Lock Aspect Ratio.

is there a way to stop resizing while cropping? whenever i try to crop the image also resizes! please help!
