When will the new pillow situs be available when listing new pillows.

I listed this outdoor pillow with the patio chair situs.

     https://www.zazzle.com/orange_petunia_floral_blossoms_outdoor_pillow-189642351388026026

However the chair situs did not show up in the final listing.

When I tried to go in and change on the product page in Manage your design> edit details> product nmerchandising

Only the two plain situs were available choices.  No chair.

Also the same when I tried edit on the main product page.

Also tried to change some old pillows with no couch or chair view showing.

I’m on updated macOs Monterey version 12.4

Any help or communication will be greatly appreciated.

i second this post. Not sure why in situ views were added if we cannot change the merchandising view

Also, if the chair image was a 2 by 3 aspect, that would be awesome for Pinterest. Pinterest does not do so great with square photos.

If you go to ‘edit details’ you can select the insitu image and save, it will show up eventually.

The problem is the insitu is not showing up as a selection when trying to edit the details. It’s taking a long time for these to be available to everyone.

When I listed this outdoor pillow there was a patio chair image and I did “sell it” with that image.

However, the patio chair image never showed up and is not available when I use ‘edit details’.

It was not my chair image.  The outdoor chair image comes up in situs list of 4 images on the left side of the outdoor pillow product page.  I could switch to that chair image and used it when I posted “sell it”

However did not show up os the listed image.

“merchandising view”  …that’s a good way to say it!   The outdoor pillow on the patio chair image was not used for the merchandising view.

 My request for a 2 by 3 in situ image of the chair was for Zazzle, not for you @anura22     . I am noticing that Zazzle in situ pics do not dovetail with Pinterest, which wants tall and skinny photos. The square photos Zazzle offers for promotion are not optimal for the way Pinterest operates.

I saw them listing a new pillow yesterday, but sadly could not go in and edit any of my already listed throw pillows to choose any of the new insitus as the main image. I hope this will change soon.
