An hour ago I created my first tshirt and went through the process of trying to sell it. I got a URL to my store page. I then wanted to add a tag, but the whole design has disappeared. How can I find out what happened to it?

If you’re in store management mode and have products selected, is the design visible?
If not, are you certain that after editing, you hit the sell button and then the post-it button?
Note also that Zazzle has a saved design section, so it might be in there (click your avatar icon top right to access)
I had to rescue this from the saved designs, but it is not appearing at the back end of my store

This is yet another bug. Thanks for fixing this.

@gregn213 looks like your new store is indexing and I can see a t-shirt there now.
It can take a few days for products to appear in a brand new store as a lot of magic happens behind the scenes.

It seems to be the latest glitch currently. Products I made yesterday that are not water bottles are now also gone.

There’s a bug that affects products posted the last 3 days. From my store all the products created after Feb 2nd have dissapeared
