Where Do I List Earth day Greeting Cards?

There is no “Earth Day” listed under holiday greeting cards product list.  So where do I list them so they can be found when customers are searching for Earth Day Greeting Cards?  We need some kind of designation for holidays not listed in greeting cards.   I tried searching for Earth Day Greeting cards and came up with nothing.

Seeing as Earth Day is April 22 - you could try and put it in the category Other - Special Days - 04 April - 22 Earth Day

I put mine in “Invitations & Stationery > Greeting Cards” and then use the Events & Occasions section under Categories like this:
