where is the drop down that shows products, Zazzle community . etc ?

Can you be a little more specific? What page are you on where you expect so see this dropdown?
usually when I’m on my earning summary page, I can get to my products by the drop down menu on the top. now there is no drop down.

This is the dropdown that appears when you click on your member avatar? I still see that one.
yes, the member avatar is always smaller on this page and always has the drop down menu .now it’s not smaller and no drop down . the drop down is always visible by hovering over it .

We did just update this page recently. Now you need to click on the member avatar in order to make the dropdown appear. Can you that and let me know how it goes?
I get the menu that I need to click on that brings us to account , saved designs, etc… but not the other drop down that brings is to our products . I needed to Google Zazzle community to even get to this page. and the only way to get to my product management is to go directly to my store , where I usually get there thru the drop down.

Yes please put the link to our products page back in the dropdown. I always have to go to my products page via that dropdown from my earnings page as unfortunately in my main store my home page takes over 40 seconds to load. It has been like that for about 3 years now. I have reported it on a few occasions but i guess no solution has been found as it’s still the same so I rarely visit my home page at all. However, I’ve got used to that and the workaround of getting to my products page, so It would be really helpful to have that Products page link restored in the dropdown. Thank you.

On the earnings page you used to be able to just hover over the avatar and a drop down menu with all your stores listed would appear making it quick and easy to get to a store-now that’s gone making that another time consuming and frustrating process that used to be quick and simple. And the individual stores do not appear when you do the click on the avatar process.

Sorry, not a fan of this one Scott. This was tried years ago and switched back because of the extra clicks it takes to reach our stores and other links that were in that hover list. My vote is for the old way on this one.

Yes, the “hover” menu is gone. I miss it! Wherever I was on Zazzle, I would navigate back to that page just to access it. So much aster and easier and faster to use!

Why make this change? You have separated the store from the earnings, I have to open multiple windows to have access to store and earnings at the same time, very inefficient, time consuming, hidden. What was wrong with how it was? Changes like these are not an improvement or an upgrade to more information or services, these are just an aesthetic change that is a sideways move making access to information harder.
