where is the upload cover photo button?

I can’t figure out how to upload a cover photo for my listings. Anyone can help please?

click on your product, then you should see:

This is what I see. Nothing pops up anywhere

Just to double check whether it is actually working or not, try a different product, such as a t-shirt, hat, tote bag, and see if it shows up there. It may be that tissue paper, like a few others, do not offer a cover photo upload.  If other products also don’t show the cover photo link, then it is probably a tech problem.

I saw other people who sell a product like mine and have mockup photos in their listings. I’ll reach out to support. Thank you so much for replying!!

@revive  you have to actually post the product for sale before you can upload a cover photo. The screenshot you show says to me that you haven’t yet pressed the ‘sell it’ button and posted the tissue paper for sale (adding title.description/tags)

Once it’s for sale in your store, you should in theory be able to upload a cover photo

As Sara H said, you have to post your product for sale before the Upload Cover Photo Button shows up.
Have you tried accessing the cover photo button on one of your products already posted for sale?

I will try it. Hopefully it works.. it’s a learning curve but I’ll get there :wink:
