So in a discussion of which states we’ve sold to, I found I’m only missing Wyoming… Well, I made a wonderful trip to Yellowstone recently and have come back with all sorts of Wyoming relevant images. So come one come all Wyomingites - I got some goodies for you.

Did you know ? The Northern Cardinal has been the state bird of Ohio since 1933 - Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia also regard the Cardinal as their state bird .

Here in New England the states are unreasonably close together. Travel time is measured in minutes, not hours. So Rhode Island is just a vigorous arm stretch from Massachusetts where I am.

I belong to a nature photography site run by a guy in the Netherlands… one day I commented that Washington is kind of incredible - I could start a day out at the Pacific Ocean, drive through rain forest, alpine meadows and in less than a day I could be the high desert without even leaving the state.. Ferdy shot back that if he drove that far he’d be in a whole new country.. (btw - it takes 2 days to drive to Wyoming from here… at least with as much time as my body will tolerate sitting behind the wheel).
