I just noticed that the white background for QRCodes is missing on some of the backs of my cards.

The team is aware of the issue. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

I started making a few covers for some of my cards and some have the white square and some don’t. The lack of the white square affects some of my designs and I would really appreciate some feedback concerning this issue. It has been about 5 months since I first inquired.

This post was started in 10/22 and there has been not resolution or information provided. I also tried emailing help and never received a response.
I can’t tell if this is a display issue or if it extends to the actual printing of the cards. If it is the latter, I should be fixing a lot of cards. This unresolved issue is the reason I have not made a card in … 8 months… ouch… Please be kind enough to share some info on this situation.
