White color turning transparent in png files

Could you please check this problem: The white color in PNG files is invisible. I tested on Windows Chrome & Firefox and Safari (Mac), but nothing worked.

@Goldie double check that the option to Remove White from image is set as ‘never’ (right hand side - design tool scroll down a bit under ‘more options’

it could be a browser/mac thing (am on windows so can’t double check)

Also note that white doesn’t print as a color so on products that aren’t white, say a card on the kraft paper option, white will be “invisible” even thoug it shows in the Design Tool canvas.

@ColsCreations OMG! I thought it only worked that way for t-shirts when you have it set to classic printing instead of vivid. How could I have not known this?!? Thanks for the tip!

Yeah, it was a huge problem with t-shirts until they introduced the vivid printing option that puts down a base layer of white.

Here are some screenshots. I transferred the design from an invitation. In the editor, everything is Ok. The Background Remove option is on Never, but the white text is cut off. The design is in my saved files if anyone from the IT team wants to debug this.
