Why are the png mockup files not transparent?

Hello. Anybody is confused, why there are mockup files, but none of them is actually really useful png? That means in png we can have transparent files, so we dont have to cut it each one by one around… Any solutions? Why there is also a filling place (when downloading the image) for - making the image transparent bg white, if it is white anyway?? Where is the transparent? I don’t really get it. Big bug here.

Hi @Lotusalchemy   can you provide screenshots and examples so this can be investigated?

@Joanna  Maybe you could read the question again?
And you forgot to mention the “clear cache and refresh page” part of the standard response.
Sorry for being cynical, but if you speak like an AI, you might be replaced be one. (if you are not already an AI). Just saying …
Also please take into consideration that this has been requested many times already.
Thanks for bringing this up again, @Lotusalchemy   I don’t think it’s a bug, but it has not been created in a way that is helpful to designers.

I think I see the porblem. The first image is only transparent, but thats just only the image, that we already have. But we/ I wished to put into a mockup the whole product, but that doesnt have a transparency, thats sad. It woudl make our work much better, and very basic  worthy for zazzle too.

Yes. I just answered in another message. Thank you for fast reply. At first I thought I do something not right. maybe teh donwload or photoshop is not compatible, but I guess those product pictures are not transparent basically. It is very sad that zazzle didin’t thought about the transparency of their own products..yet. It’s all of ours best interest. Hope there will be some improvement. Also the product images are very very poor quality. ( for example the jewelry). I hope it will improve with time.

That relates to the design itself, when you download the artwork rather than downloading one of the Zazzle product images. For example, if you have an invitation and didn’t actually SET a white background on the invitation, it will LOOK white, but when you download the ARTWORK, the background of the invitation will be transparent.

Ever since Zazzle introduced that option to download the images right from the product page, we’ve been asking to be able to download those images with the background removed. So far, that hasn’t happened.
