I just tried downloading a shirt artwork design to use it somewhere else for mockup. However, it is downloading with a white background. If anyone knows why or knows how to work around it, please let me know.
The mockups are all flattened files - they all have a background of some sort. If you want it to be transparent, you’ll have to remove the white yourself…
Ok thank you for your response. I have been using the other downloaded transparent files from Zazzle and carrying it over to get a more variety in mockups. They were working all the time. I think they should provide us with the same chance for t-shirts.

If you are mocking up a shirt that is anything other than black or white, you need that downloaded background to be able to recreate it accurately on a shirt mockup.
