Why not 20% celebration savings on all domains?

Nothing about this on Zazzle.se, I can see it on .com, .de and .co.uk though so why not on .se??

@Mark  On Zazzle.com, today it says “Save 20% with code BIRTHDAY204U ends today”.

It has still not been added to the .se domain and since it ends today I guess I will not be ordering anything for now. What is the policy for making it show on just some domains and not all of them??

And the Black Friday Deals advert is only showing on .com and .co.uk…

Why is there a Black Friday Deals ad in July?

My guess would be it has something to do with “Christmas in July”??
I thought it odd as well though
