I cannot get the Window Clings to go into the compartment box labeled Window Clings in the Holidays - Halloween collections. Has anyone else had this issue?
This problem generally happens when the product is not classified in the proper category . To check it, in your collection, click on the window cling box. In the window that opens, on the top you have the category in which the window cling products must be. Verify your product is in the same category. example for one of my Halloween collections: I click on Window Clings , then this window opens and I find the category, then I change the marketplace department of my product to match it :
