When you try to edit wooden cutting boards at some sizes and print areas, the design area flashes shortly, but then you fall back to the product page. When you choose a different size and print area option from within the designer through the options tab, in some cases, you jump back to the product page the moment you switch back to the design area. Tested on Windows 10, desktop, Chrome. Here are the editing results from the product page (please check the behavior within the designer by yourself):
When clicking on “Edit Design”:
Size 9x6: “Full area” option works - “Small area” option jumps back to the product page
Size 11.5x8.75: Full area jumps back, small area works
Size 13.7x9.75: Full area jumps back, small area jumps back
@Joanna
Thank you. Just to be sure, I tried now in Edge, not logged in, on a brand new blank, with “Add your Design”. The first time I tried, I could enter the design area on all 9x6 and 13" sizes & areas, but not on the medium size. Then, after switching a few times between the size & full/small print area options, the Add a Design button didn’t let me in on the large 13" size. Then again, not working on both larger sizes and print option, then the middle size worked with both options. The bug seems to be inconsistent - you may want to try a few times on all options and sizes, in the case it seems to work at first glance.
@Joanna I actually experienced this a couple days ago when trying to switch from the old badge size to the new larger one. It would open the tool fine with the old, but the second I switched, it would not open the tool. I had to keep refreshing and going back and forth and it would finally open the larger badge. I still don’t know what I did to actually get it to open. It’s like you had to try enough times to trick the system. I’m on Safari on a Mac, logged in.
