ZAZ account info & W-8BEN

For those that have travelled down this road before and/or Moderator @padraig_daly  , I have a grand total of 3 Q’s: 

  1. Should ZAZ account holder’s name (as reflected for CREATOR) and legal name be the same (for completing payment info)?

  2. Should ZAZ email and PayP email be the same or can they differ?

  3. Can the W-8BEN form be completed digitally or should it be done with pen and ink?

Hi! It might be a bit late, but in case you still need help, here’s what worked for me:

  1. My legal name is different from my creator name on Zazzle, and I haven’t had any issues with that.
  2. I’m not sure if using different emails for Zazzle and PayPal would cause a problem, but I used the same email for both, so I’d recommend doing that if possible.
  3. Yes, the W-8BEN form can be completed digitally, and you can use a PDF editor for the digital signature.

The email address for paypal does not need to be the same as the one you use for zazzle.
