If it hasn’t updated yet for you, try going to your cart and applying holiday code manually or clicking somewhere on the site where you can copy the code. I think sometimes old ones get kinda stuck there. But once you type in or “apply” the new one, everything shows correctly - at least that’s what’s worked for me before.
that’s not my point - customers shouldn’t have to manually override the coupon that has been attached in error. The error should have been fixed by Zazzle.
OK sure. But my point was that it may only be something you’re seeing on your end since it wasn’t appearing to be a widespread issue. Only trying to be helpful and offer my experience.

thanks for the clarification - I logged in/out etc and the screenprint details remained the same. I do hope your right and it wasn’t “widespread”.
The code I’m seeing now is “25% off with code SEPTDEALZAZZ” … the 50% off code doesn’t seem to be valid anymore. Is that right?
It was only valid over the weekend …
