Here’s another one for your list. It’s for when a person sees a reduction in their royalty rate:

I just had it happen, knew it had been explained, ran a search, and found the above explanation. Though it’s not as complicated as some of those in your list, it’s still a head-scratcher if never seen before and even if it has been seen.

I wish these forums had stickies where such a list could be placed.

It’s odd, but since you mentioned the 5% user option always applying to your postcards, I’ve noticed I also get it for my cards. It’s always $0.17, which is the upgrade price for an envelope. All my cards have envelopes selected, so I’m not sure what the $0.17 is for. I see what you were saying now :thinking: !
