I’ve seen a lot of posts about websites ripping off designs. What can be done (if anything) about a Zazzler who opens a store with virtually the same name as a successful store, working the same theme and product line, and in many cases copying and posting the exact same designs as the original store?

For products that are exactly the same you can report them. Perhaps if enough are reported Z will close the store.

Are you referring to a Zazzle store with the same name as another Zazzle store? Because Zazzle approves store names and store names changes. If the name is being used for a store already, no one can open a store with that name.
they can make it almost the same by adding a hyphen between two words or making it plural. Lots of ways to get close. Sometimes I think it is a mistake because there are so many stores on Zazzle.
I guess I tend to try and search the name as I’m creating it. Also once you make a name you can not delete it. I’m sure there are many names created that are not being used.
