Zazzle Is Freaking Out - Multiple Issues

All of my products created today suddenly disappeared upon refresh. And at the same time, my products created yesterday now have a ‘last viewed date’ of 1025 years ago… Oh and apparently ‘last sold’ 12/31/0999  That is actually the date on all items that haven’t sold yet.

I am on a Mac desktop. Chrome. (both updated versions). Empty cache, hard reload doesn’t fix it.  Also happening to my mom on a Macbook Air with Chrome at a different location.

Oh, and just got the ‘press and hold’ bot screen for the first time in I can’t tell you how long.

And for the past hour or so I had at least two products have an issue posting for sale and had to submit twice. (not to mention the typical timeout on the design tool)

I have the same problem. Last products created today disappeared (but not all created today) and I get the same ‘last viewed date’ of 1025 years ago :joy::sob:

OMG 100! That is terrible!! Thankfully I didn’t start working on products until the afternoon today, but still a few hours wasted if they don’t come back.

It is also strange that for the last few days, some products I create got 5-10 views the next day or even the same day when usually it’s 0 views for months, except a few that start getting views after some days or weeks.
Now, after seeing other people’s screenshots, it seems like it has happened to everyone?
Very strange behaviour

and now as soon as the bot see them it will hide them for being old and no views and kick them from their place in the marked place and zazzla could have avoided this if they BATA test ALL updates  like every other site does ..

I just lost a design I created earlier today  I even have the product created email.

All that work on tags, description, et al, and it’s now missing from my store’s backend. This is incredibly disconcerting! I’m so sorry for others experiencing this as well.

FWIW, I found the link to the product that’s missing from my store in my browser history, so at least it seems to still exist somewhere, although I can’t access it via my store’s back end.

I created this product around 12:10 pm PST today, 05/30, and I received the Your Product Has Been Created email, and I was able to visit the page then. When I went to find the product at 5 pm PST today, it no longer appeared in my back-end store. Thanks in advance for your attention to this troubling issue.

Glad I’m not the only one! Everything today vanished and the weird “last sold date” info

I can see it as well. Hopefully a good sign!

yes it sucks but what sucks more is I just took a fast look in my stores and all files with no view are set to the 1025 years thing so as soon as the bot see them they will all get hidden and drop out of the marked place and need to start at the bottom again and then I will never be able to fix them it take for ever when I think I counted about 15 000 out of my 40000 I have so zazzle better be able to fix this faster then they have done with the watches that still can not search

Thanks for letting me know. Maybe other people can find their products for now in their browser history, in case they need to check anything. Although I received the usual “product created” mail, I usually can’t follow those links - get a cookie too large error.

I hope the overall issue gets resolved soon!!!

ONE, and only one of the products created today has re-appeared on the backend. So I guess they are still ‘somewhere’.  My guess is this was some kind of clock coding error or something? Given that we’ve all become immortal and have been doing Zazzle for over 1000 years.

I just created & published a bunch of new things today: about 15 items.
Of those, only 4 are showing my store with "last viewed 1025 yrs 4 months ago;  The remainder have disappeared. (though I have the published Zazzle email for each)
Some are in saves images, but if I click on them there, all go to “oops, can’t find your product.”
PLUS  the red optimization triangle has gone suddenly crazy and is all over pages of products in any product category that I put a new published product in store backend.. For example: I did one Xmas postcard, which disappeared, but now EVERY in my Christmas store folder has a red triangle! Same in Halloween folder in my store: added a couple new things; now EVERY item has a red triangle.
Also, I selected a new merchandising view for a product and after I confirmed it for save, it created double merch views of that same product.
I believe the disappearing newly published products; the weird view count and the sudden population of red optimize triangles in whatever store category new products were added are ALL related to some causal factor.
