Zazzle Marketplace Product Selection in Collections Not Allowing Checkmarks

Hi,

I’ve created several new cross sell wedding collections this week, and in each one, I cannot select the products that appear in my collection photo. Zazzle Marketplace is enabled, and the products are showing, but when I try to tick the box for each product in the collection cover photo, it will not check. I contacted the help center three days ago and my problem was forwarded to technical support, but I still haven’t heard back :disappointed_face: This has never been an issue before this week. Is this happening to anyone else?

Yup, me too … the check boxes appear to be greyed out. Today is the first day I’ve tried to use this function since, I don’t know … maybe two weeks ago? when it was working fine.

As of April 1, this is still occurring when I create a new collection!! Still no response from Zazzle tech support. Ugh!

Apologies for the issues here. Engineering is aware of the issue. We hope to have this resolved soon.
