Hi,
I’m new to Zazzle, so maybe I’m missing something basic, but I have 9 products in a collection. When I go to my products tab, however, only two of them appear. I created them Friday and I’ve received emails that they’re all live so I don’t understand why they don’t show in the products tab (except 2).

I went to your store @kearley and I’m able to see all nine products from the public storefront … cute design by the way!
Not sure why you aren’t seeing them all so maybe someone else can chime in with an answer. In the meanwhile, rest easy cuz at least shoppers can see them..

Are you checking in your store’s product tab or your profile’s product tab? The ‘My Products’ under your profile is for saved designs yet to be posted for sale whereas the Product tab in your store are for items already published.
If there’s a delay in the site indexing - it can take up to 4 days for products to show up completely and land in categories I found.
Sit tight - they will appear.
