Ever since Zazzle has stopped using the photos that we choose in product merchandising (including cover photos which many of us worked for hours agonizing over), my sales have tanked.
Please Zazzle, go back to the old format.

To the best of my knowledge, my products are all still showing with cover images. What made you think Zazzle had stopped using them … are you seeing products without them?

because over the last few days sometimes I see them and sometimes I don’t . . . so it might not mean anything at all.

Yes it has been doing that to me too. It shows on the product itself, but the search feeds they are missing on and off.

On my phone they have cover photos but on my computer they dont
I wasn’t seeing covers in the MP, in any browser, signed in or out, for a couple weeks recently. Only saw litttle thumbs of them on mouse-over. I saw this thread and went and checked and now see covers as normal. Kind of ironic.
