We’re continuing to evolve our design tools to make designing on Zazzle easier, more intuitive, and more inspiring for Creators and Customers.
You may have already noticed new features, like frames, grids, and a growing library of design elements. This is just the beginning! Even more tools and royalty-free, copyright-cleared Content are on the way to help bring your ideas to life.
As part of this transformation, some existing features including Secondary Content Elements from Creators will be phased out to make room for the new design experience. We’re actively exploring improved ways for Creators to contribute to the future of design Content on Zazzle. We’ll share more details as soon as we’re ready. And yes, your input will be invaluable when testing begins on the next round of updates!
We’re excited to bring you more updates and tools to support your creativity!
This is just another reason why Zazzle is the best print on demand option and why it’s been my one and only POD option since 2008. Thank you Zazzle Team!
I’m new to Zazzle and super excited to start this journey! It’s really encouraging to see how the platform keeps evolving — it makes me feel confident that I’m in the right place. I’m looking forward to learning, growing, and hopefully becoming one of the top sellers here. Glad to be part of this amazing community!
Most of the recent Design Tool changes have been great! Can you please rethink the Font Tool revamp, though? Not only does the new layout block half the design, but it’s very hard to find the fonts we need.
Can we have a way to turn off the pink lines, in the design tool? The pink lines are way too thick and bright and I can’t see the green lines or pink lines clearly. It is unnecessary to have both lines together and I can’t seem to get any images lined up correctly. I had no problem snapping images using just the green lines. Thank You
It would be great if you would also fix the QR code so we can change BOTH the foreground and background colors to match our designs, and also possibly allow ‘clear’ as the background color so the design’s background shows through.
I agree with @Connie on the new font tool, it blocks the design and should be at the right instead. It also doesn’t need to be so wide. Great thought to have fonts searchable, but this tool needs work.
In the elements the lines/borders are mostly unusable. You can’t expand them right, and you can’t edit the length. Also it’s super hard to pick them up and move them to where you need them.
Fingers crossed for a ruler! As I’m working on holiday collections, I keep thinking how much I would LOVE to be able to make plaids and stripes and such the same scale across products.
Thank you for continuing to evolve the design experience! Many of the new features enable creators to easily enhance our designs, and are apt to extend the customer experience.
I really appreciate the opacity slider - it’s easy to use and effective. I also noticed the new clip art and decorative text strings in the Elements section. It’s helpful to know that they’re Copyright-cleared and ready to use. The frames are helpful, too, and easier than fiddling with masks. I do hope the team will rethink the Font experience, however, and perhaps roll back to the former tool until the real-estate hogging design can be reconfigured.
