Apologies for this stupid question. Is there a charge to use the backgrounds provided by Zazzle. I noticed that, before, when I tried to use those backgrounds, there was a block / fee for them. Now, it doesn’t seem like there is, but I wanted to be sure. Thank you!
I believe there is a charge. I can’t be certain on this, but like you, I have seen that before.
So far as I know there’s not been any change in Zazzle’s policies - the Z backgrounds have always been for end customers only. Designers are blocked from using them for resale. The design tool will allow you to add them, but you will get a message that it is not allowed if you try to post an item for sale that contains one.

Thank you for responding. I believe Penguin Power is correct. I think sellers are blocked from selling them.
