Zee is going haywire

Hi there. The AI system is going haywire. I accidentally clicked on it because the button was close to something else. I closed the chat immediately. Now the AI chatbot reopens on every single tab i have open (i work with multiple tabs open) and most recently just now anytime i move between pages. I had to close it five or six times on the main page i am using. I close it immediately every time. It also has the same how can i help you greeting showing up multiple times in a row in one chat box: such as more than ten times.

This has happened to me on three different occasions so far

Perhaps if you open the chat in one tab it should only be in that tab, and not on every tab. Close/end chat should mean just that.

Hi @Harmony_S , this feature is to ensure a customer doesn’t loose their chat if they do open one. I have experienced it on other sites and gladly so as I thought i had lost my chat if i had to navigate to get an account number etc. However I can see how it is an annoyance in your case. I will provide feedback to the team on this. Thanks.

Thanks, the issue here is that it is not actually ending the chat when you click end chat. It will make you end the chat on every tab

After you close the conversation in one tab, you may need to refresh the page on your other tabs so that the dialog is closed. I’ll mention this behavior to the team.
