On several of my items the price and royalty are showing 0 (zero), even though the price shows correctly on the item’s page. I am unable to edit the royalty.
Only the items on canvas seem to be affected, the posters and foam boards still show up correctly.

@IuliaIonicioiu I’m having the same issue as the one you’re experiencing.
it’s a stretch, but I wonder if, in the process of adding the new in-situs for the wrapped canvases, the price and royalty were adversely affected.

the only thing different about this particular canvas? it was the only I created in 2024.
I see quite a few canvas prints that don’t show up correctly in your shop. I attach a few links below. For some the price is 0 and for others the photos don’t show up at all. So it seems that some canvas prints listings are affected by some sort of bug

That’s interesting. All those canvas wraps are publicly visible on my laptop and in store management. But not on my phone.
Mine are still affected as well, I still can not change the royalty. Definitely a bug
Just to clarify for the Engineering team, the price and royalty are showing 0 (zero) when I try to edit the product’s details. That makes it impossible for me to edit the royalty. Even if I try to change it, it goes back to 5% in the “royalty percentage” box and the “retail price” and the “royalty you will make” remains 0. This happens on most of my canvas print listings. Only the ones I created the last few days are not affected, but I see items created in February of this year that are affected.

regarding the different size: you’re not seeing things – I do put a size limitation on some wrapped canvases.
