Over the last few months, I’ve created a few zippo lighters that have never seen the “light” of day. Instead of showing as under review, they remain in saved designs. None have been approved, nor have I received notice that they were rejected. I have a bunch of collections that are asking for lighters. Is this a known issue?
I’ve created only one lighter so far. It was approved quickly. If I remember correctly, Zippo created design guidelines that must be followed. One thing I remember is to avoid any design that might appeal to young children that might entice them to pick it up and play with it. It’s a safety thing.

I tried to reply below, but a glitch says it’s unable to complete the action. Anyway, I resubmitted the five lighters I had in saved designs, one each for two of my stores and three from one other store. One of them has been accepted and moved to its store. The other four are sitting again in saved designs and are not shown as under review.
