Hello, Is there a way to see the exact date when a product was viewed? I know we can see the most and least viewed amounts, but would like to see when a product was last viewed. Thanks for any information. Chris

My shops Counter_Edge and UrbanSeagull9 have almost all products at zero views. I shouldnt have ip issues but I dont know if Ive forgotten being notified about anything I didnt know about. Ive mostly left stuff alone because I busted butt marketing like crazy all my platforms hours a day and it wasnt going anywhere for any platform. I know my stuff looks cool for the most part. Why is everything at zero views?

I went to my Earnings Summary page and got a big orange notice that said "We cannot pay you because your payment settings are incomplete". I went into my Payment Settings and everything appeared fine so I didn't change anything. I didn't click anything or update anything because I know it can delay my next payment. I clicked Earnings Summary again and the message is gone. Is this a glitch? This isn't going to affect my June payment is it? Anyone else seeing this?

I've been on Zazzle (primary account) since I made my first purchase in 2005; selling since 2007. I think that makes me pretty well authenticated 😂, but regardless, am not interested in associating my cell phone number with a Zazzle account. Or even my home number, really. I don't use the Zazzle app. Is there a way to authenticate that I'm a real person to be able to use Chat without giving my cell phone number?

I’ve been noticing a sudden and significant drop in my sales since April 1st. Up until then, I was getting regular daily sales, but now it slowed down drastically, I wonder if it’s because of the new terms of service update? Hello everyone! I've recently decided to revisit creating puzzles, after a collection I'd set aside some time ago when I deleted my previous creations. Now, as I'm putting together new puzzles, primarily as gifts or for sale to fellow puzzle enthusiasts, I'm unsure what to select under "Event, Occasion or Moment" in my Collection Management. The existing options don't seem to fit what I need. Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated, as I'm currently at a loss.

So yesterday I sold a number of items for $672 @ 14.9% royalty. It states 3rd party. However, I don't get credited with 14.9% of the value. I only get around half of what it should be. Can an expert on such matters advise as to why that should be?
