OK, file this under the Doh! category. 🙄 I was doing some optimizing and being as I'm a little tired and distracted, I selected about a dozen products and accidentally hit delete instead of "make public." Gah! I think they were mostly backgrounds - which automatically get flagged for optimization even if they're used every day - so I'm hoping I didn't delete something popular. I know there's no way to get them back, but is there any way to get a list of what I accidentally deleted so I can re-upload them? I'm guessing the answer is no, but just thought I'd ask. Perhaps I'll go take a nap now...

I have a problem, I used to sell in an acceptable manner, but since March, I have only sold ten sales I don't know why this sudden drop in sales Is this a general depression, or do I have a problem? What do I do to increase my sales again? Even Pinterest has been going down since March as well Please advice, I trust your opinion

Hi, I've been using Google Analytics for over a year with success. I set up a conversion using the confirmation page on Zazzle so that I know when I make a sale. A few times, customers would return on their mobile platform and the confirmation page would still be open, creating a "sale" in my conversions that didn't really happen, but I could verify it was a returning customer (I watch my GA page closely) so I knew it wasn't really a sale. This happened only sporadically. This past Sunday, and for the past three days, I keep getting conversions, aka sales, in GA from cities I don't recognize as past customers. Sometimes three or four within minutes, but NO SALES are registering on Zazzle. It's happened for the past three days in a row at least three to five times each day, and it's really frustrating! I'm praying I'm not missing royalties in Zazzle, but I can't figure what's going on. I haven't made any changes in GA at all. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any idea what I should do????

I'm wondering what the criteria are for having posts featured on the Zazzle Explore page. I've come across information about using the #zazzlemade hashtag on social media, but the process seems a bit unclear. It appears that the same 4-5 people get featured every day, so I’m a bit confused. Could someone provide a guide or clarification on the requirements? Past inquiries on this topic have unfortunately gone unanswered, so any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Could someone please be so kind as to post the most current dimensions/sizes for both collections and product videos for 2024 please? I have searched exhaustively and still DO NOT know the correct sizes for making videos for products and collections. Furthermore I would also like to know what the required dimensions are product cover photos and for collections cover photos. Thanks in advance. Should videos be square or rectangular or both?

As several folks have noted in recent threads, Zazzle has started issuing new warnings for the placement of images and text. It seems that any text extending beyond the green lines is now flagged, as are images extending beyond the bleed line. I'm very confused/concerned about this, especially in light of the fact that at least one designer has reported receiving an email saying that any future orders of the product would be cancelled due to text extending beyond the green safe line (And the hits keep coming....... - Zazzle) I can understand giving a warning to the designer/customer, but what about cases where the placement is intentional? In the example below (Elegant Long Stemmed Red Rose Romantic Wedding Invitation | Zazzle) I'm now getting two flags, one because the rose image extends beyond the bleed line (it's supposed to!) and one because the tip of the swashes on the word "wedding" extend a hair over the green line (I don't really see it as a problem if the very tip of the tail gets cut off... and there are other designs where the tails are supposed to extend beyond the edges - those are getting flagged too.) Are sales of these products going to be cancelled? Do I need to edit all of my designs so that everything is either inside of the green line or right at the bleed line? Do I really need to crop the image EXACTLY to the red bleed line? What if the customer transfers to something with a different aspect ratio? The whole point of designing it this way was to leave wiggle room for that inevitability. I'm guessing that this new "feature" is not yet fully rolled out because I'm not seeing the warning on all products that have these "issues." I'm guessing I will soon though... I'd really appreciate it if someone from Zazzle could please clarify this.

Hi everyone, My cleared Zazzle royalties ( exceeding the 30 days period ) had exceeded the threshold of $50 (Paypal ) before the end of Aug, I was supposed to get the payout on 15th Sept, but I didn't get it. Now its Oct, and I checked that my cleared royalties has crossed $100, but still its not been scheduled for debit (payout ) on 15 th this month. Every time I write to the support, I only get an automated email about the rules n process, which I know well. My creator friends ... does the same ever happened to you ? Please share. I have uploaded 7 images and a video for "Ultimate Moment Creator (Collections)" category with cover image as well. But, instead of sharing the link of my collections on the google, i have shared the link of the products from their respective social platforms on the google submission form. For e.g., I have shared the link of my product on Pinterest from the product page of Pinterest pin. Is it OK for the contest. Tell me whether the direct sharing of the links will not effect judgement for my ranking for the prizes. @Heather

How can I add someone else product to my collection? The posts I've seen here are from 2022 and do not show the add to my collection option. It only has share and 'Like'. This is for the associate program. I'm really struggling with this and have I'm alone with this since I do not know anyone doing eCommerce or product promotions.

Hi all, Is there a spiral pad product where, besides the front and back, I can customize the content of a page so that every page would be the same and a person can just fill it in? For example: Have the word "Date" and then a shorter line for it and maybe another word like a "Focus" ..different size or font etc. and then I would manually create use lines for full width text? Basically I would like create a master inner page. Thanks in advance.
