Hi, in the past if I wanted to make an unique shape for a photo template mask, I just made the shape and uploaded it to Zazzle as an SVG file and it worked. Now when I upload any SVG file they just show as blank, has something changed or am I missing something?

I have just been having the same problem, but I thought I was just doing something wrong in the way I was exporting/saving from Illustrator.....
I also do Postcrossing!

I've been experiencing the same issue for a while; they appear in black. However, since my computer and all the programs were new, I thought I might be doing something wrong when exporting.

I tried using the Zazzles ELEMENTS shape of a triangle yesterday.
The masking worked (made the fill empty so I could see the image to be masked, made the outline red) But I needed to move the image - had to un-mask and then the triangle outline disappeared. It still worked, I just had to guess where it was withing the square OUTLINE when I clicked on the mask area.
Not very user friendly ...

Had problems with SVG files on and off. I suggest you try saving as PNG or PDF instead.
