Confused about Product Insights vs What Actually Shows on Royalty Reports

Re:  Product Insights says that I had 9 orders on Feb 6, 2023, with 1 view.  And here it is 2/10/2023.  I compared this with my royalty history.  Not a single sale on that date for this particular item:  https://www.zazzle.com/baseball_theme_wedding_table_number-256211932041705804

Can someone at Zazzle or anyone explain this to me?

Compared it even to my Quick Stats:  Orders (Last 7 days) 2, and Last Sold (2/5/2023)

**NOTE:  I still have not gotten any answer to this other question from back on 4/21/2022.  https://community.zazzle.com/t5/ask-a-question/confused-about-quantity-sold-vs-royalty-paid-for-each...

I refuse to believe that we are being given ALL the information, or even true information, when it comes to our royalty reports and this is just another example!  What is Zazzle hiding, and why can't they answer things like this, besides the blatant comment of, "I have passed this example along to our Team for review.".  That is not in any way an answer, and we know for a fact that no one will give us an answer.  Not even an email.  So sorry, I personally feel disappointed in the shady handling of the truth regarding what we get paid.  I/(we) get shorted in the end, and there's nothing we can say or do about it

Hi @LauraLee,

I'm very sorry to hear of the confusion surrounding all of this information. As you can see from the Product Insights, you received 9 orders for this product on 02/07/23. These are all recorded in your Royalty History. However, the 9 orders refers to the amount of times the product was purchased which is why the Quick Stats differs. The product was purchased 9 times in one single order on 02/07/23. You also have another order placed on 02/05/23 which is why the Quick Stats display 2 orders in the last seven days. The royalties for the order on 02/07/23 are still pending which is why the Quick Stats display a last sold date of 02/05/23.

I hope this helps. I will check for an update on the other thread. If you have any feedback, you can leave your thoughts and suggestions by clicking the link at the top of the Product Insights page.

All the best,

Pádraig.

Where's the apology for the "shady handling" remark?

Ccb, please don’t overlook the 10 months with no resolution to her April 2022 post, and when LauraLee mentioned it again in this current post, unbelievably LauraLee was told, again, that they would check on an update, for something posted April of last year. To be fair, That seems reason enough for LauraLee to be extremely frustrated, when adding that unresolved post to the current issue.
