Different view numbers shown in zazzle account and on product insight, why is that?

Hello all! I realised that if i only watch the summary account window of all my products , the statistic shows almost 0 viewer, or max 1-1 views at some, with the last view date etc. But when i click one-by-one each of them and check the product insight it shows much more visitors. Why is that? Somebody knows? Or have the same issue?

Hi dear, I am having exactly the same issue on all the products in my shop!

I wrote to the Zazzle's support asking to verify! I will update this topic when I will get an answer!

I am also having this issue. One item says 32 views on the store management page, but in the Insights page, it's 159 views over the last 365 days.

I tested some filters to see if anything lined up with that 32 figure.

Traffic breakdown - no

Over the 362 day view, my breakdown is: Zazzle searches 110, direct 23, Zaz marketing 16, Zaz pages 10).None of those are 32.

Filter by Date - no

Last 7 days - 3 views

Last 30 days - 7 views

Last 90 days - 58

So no obvious answer here. Would love to know why the discrepancy is happening.

I was facing the exact same issue from one month. 1 view on product and almost 9 views in the insights but this issue has worsened because from past 4 days I’m getting 0 views on all of my products but their insights have 4 to 5 views. I’m really confused what should I do.
