How to Show Sales (conversions) from Zazzle Sales in Google Analytics (GA4)

Does anyone know a way to be able to record conversions (sales) from your Zazzle store in Google Analytics (GA4)? I tried a few things, but can't get anything to work. I would love to be able to monitor and track conversions in my Google Analytics. Please advise if you know how to do this. Thanks!

@klsantillo that feature is not available with Zazzle stores I've found you can only really track views etc . Conversions need code to be installed and we don't have access to that.

You can create a custom event: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/12229021?sjid=4258728779268204893-NA and https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/10085872?hl=en#zippy=%2Cmodify-an-existing-event

In UA, before GA4, I created a custom event (checkout_complete) and marked it as a coversion. The report filter I used for the event: include page regex (not exact) /co/confirmation . I was able to migrate that to GA4. It works well however it seems to get triggered when a customer reviews their existing order at a later time so that can skew things a bit. If someone knows of a better way, I'd love to hear about it too.

Laura,

That's exactly what I was looking for! I'm new to Google Analytics, so I hope I can figure out the steps to implement this. Is there a step-by-step of this anywhere online that you are aware of? Thanks!!!!!!

Hi,

Sorry, just saw the link you included, so my question in the previous response has been answered. Thanks again!

Laura,

Did you set up your event in Tag Manager or directly in GA? Also, how did you mark it as a conversion? I would GREATLY appreciate your answers. Thanks!
