is there a charge for being paid by paypal?

as long as you don't request payment below the threshold, there is no charge, is that right?

thanks!

I have never seen a fee associated with my Zazzle earnings paid through PayPal.

I also do Postcrossing!

No, not from Zazzle's end, but PayPal will take a small cut out of it.

they take money out just for receiving the payment into my paypal account? or for transferring it out?

Receiving, sugarhai. I'm in Australia, so I've always assumed it's probably for conversion fees from U.S. dollars to AUD, but if you're in the US you shouldn't have this issue.

ah, okay, thanks!

You may be charged currency conversion fees depending on what country you're in.

I'm actually losing about a 100 US $ every month. When Zazzle says they paid me and X amount in US $, the PayPal earnings show about 100 US $ less. I have no idea what this is, as Zazzle already converted all currencies to US dollars. I don't see it anywhere as a charge either.

I think it's because of the tax withholding rate for your country. When Zazzle says they paid you an X amount in US $ that is the gross earnings amount without the deducted tax. In my case the tax withholding rate is 30%, so if I have 200$ payment from Zazzle my PayPal earnings will show only 140$. If your country has X% tax withholding rate, look into your paid amounts from the Payments History on ZZ and deduct that X% and see if they match the PayPal earnings.
