10 days ago, I deleted every product and images too. I'm still selling products.
I deliberately chose to close at the end of October so that all funds I had accumulated would clear and my final pay out would be in December.
Could someone at Zazzle tell me how this is so?

Are they repeat customers? I believe any customized products remain accessible to those who purchased them, even if the original product is deleted.

I've had the exact same thing happen to me--all products deleted, all collections, all images--and after that, I sold a couple products. At least the royalties are only $4 and change. I'm not about to argue for a final payout. They can keep it. I looked through royalties, by the way, and though I might have missed it, I didn't find the same person buying the product previously, but I guess they must have.
What I'm left wondering is, what if someone else comes in to buy something they'd previously purchased and orders it? Who's credited with the royalties?

That is worrisome. Can someone from Zazzle please clarify.

I am not someone at Zazzle but ...
The Creator License Agreement says
No specific time frame is actually given, just "not immediate ... during regularly scheduled operations" .
I don't think it's true that buyers can re-order forever via their Order History. There are plenty of things in my Order History, including my own designs that I know still exist, that just give me the "oops! product not found" page when I click on them. Neverminding that, if Z allowed customers to perpetually re-order even after removal of product, they would be violating their own terms that say only orders placed prior to the [completed] removal will be fulfilled.
So I don't know but sounds like "de-indexing" to remove from all the places something might be cached takes longer than "indexing".
