anyone else have this issue when ordering in your own shop?

I ordered for a friend of mine, she does not purchase online but this was a special gift. 
This is the only thing that has shown up on my earnings page. From the first order that I then canceled to double check something.   2 throw pillows (however not the additional lumbar pillow)   this was about 24 hours ago.  The second order has not shown up in my earnings.  Thankfully the order shows on the orders page.  I do not understand the price difference either.

Hey, Lisa! I have a weird one too that confuses me. I've ordered this bookmark from myself twice now, and both times it saved itself in my Saved Designs as a new private product, so there's no royalty and the published bookmark has no record of being sold in the backend data. There are no customizable templates; it's just a plain jpg on a bookmark, added to cart. The only thing different about this bookmark from all the others I've bought is the scalloped arch edge. Is there something wrong with it?

This happened to me last week (9-20). I ordered hats and got an alert message saying they sold from my shop, but the earnings never showed up. Still waiting to hear back, but my hope is shrinking that I'll get paid.

Lisa has been helping me.  But, evidently somehow I messed up and the products came up as private so I do not earn anything from this sale of nearly 100.00.  Just be careful when you order you own things, make sure the products are public. I thought mine were.
I hope yours turns out ok. 
The person I ordered for got her pillows and was very happy.  I am still not sure how I feel about it concerning earnings.  It would have only been about 5.00 anyway on a 97.00 sale. 

Lisa has been great, don't get me wrong.   Just disappointed.
