Current Total Balance is Zero

Hi, everyone! I've never received a zazzle payment before. Hope you can help me.

So I have some funds in my Earnings section and they are marked as 'Cleared'. But at the top of the page, it says:

Current Total Balance*    $0.31**

I didn't receive anything last month and I'm afraid I'm doing something wrong and may not receive it this time. I have my financial information in check and Paypal account added.

Should I somehow request the payment?

@FireSparks   go to your Payment History section https://www.zazzle.com/my/earnings/payments and you should see a Payment ID and date that's not yet green if any payment is due to you.

Payments are normally processed at the beginning of the month but it takes until the 15th of the Month to reach you.(varies)

If your current total balance is $0.31- looks like that's what cleared for next payment in March (it will go up as sales clear and you need to reach the threshold of $50)

You may have not reached the threshold last month (january) for any payment to be due then but it looks like you will receive a payment in Febuary (around the 15th)

Thank you for your help! In the section you mentioned it says 'Payment will be issued by the 15th', so fingers crossed 🙂 This zero balance statement just threw me off a bit.
