Custom Orders under Zazzles TOS

Could Zazzle please provide official guidance on how creators should properly handle customer requests for custom or personalized orders, while ensuring full compliance with all current Terms of Service, Creator License Agreement, and other platform policies? I want to make sure my process remains fully aligned with Zazzle's expectations. Thank you.

I agree, also how can one pick up a referral for a custom order. Say you give a customer a link to the product for ordering....  How can we make sure that ends up as a decent commission for our efforts?
