Is there something wrong with the view counts and sales updating?

I have a good amount of products and I ran some facebook ads to drive traffic. The ads have received plenty of clicks but about a week later my products hardly have any views. I find it hard to believe that people are clicking on the ads but are not then clicking through the products in my store. They click the ad then immediately close out the window and don't bother looking at my products?
Is it possible that I've had sales and just haven't been notified? Or at least had some more views?

Hey @Mattytripps,
I see you also posted in the technical issues thread for this. I would keep an eye on that thread for updates.

Do you know if one day I'm going to wake up and see that I've had a bunch of sales or are people unable to buy the products?

My sales are updating just fine this morning. I don't pay that much attention to views. So the sales report should be fine.

Have you considered setting up google analytics for your store? You can then verify where the views came from and compare it to the view count on your products.
(eg could facebook ads be charging you for clicks when there are none?)
You need to gather independent data - and google analytics could help you with that.
Agree with @CrazyMermaid it's very, very rare that you'd be making sales without them being reported in your earnings reports
