Yes.  I'm aware of Zazzle "Home, About, & News".. I read those often.  They're very informative, but I do find that a lot of the missing facts are left out and you find out only "after the fact" that either your products or fonts, or something else went missing, like the option to group, or the ability to quick create, ect... I, personally would like an honest go, giving me the good with the bad, but just plain being honest about what it is that will actually take place, not just the cookies on the plate angle.  I appreciate honesty, not deception.

What would mean more to me, and I'm assuming to others, is a more detailed, and with this I am alluding to a complete and truthful description, not just the goodies added in and viola!!!

1. More training videos giving more detail on subjects like...
a.  a basic, beginner's tour for zazzle newbie creators...( like a meet and greet). Showing people, like new creators that you, Zazzle actually care about their future here...
b. a simple product presentation on all products listed in order in a playlist, to give the creator an idea of what he or she will be creating.
c.  more videos in real time that discuss real problems, not just the fluff and stuff.
We need the truth not just facts alone.

The first few years I was here, they did precisely what you're wishing for. When a new product or products came out, they were likely to do a video on it. Sometimes they talked about other things that were informative. It's my sense that the people who did this are now gone from the company. Perhaps no one has been interested in taking on the job since. 😞
