You're pinning things too quickly. If you get a message like that you need to leave and come back later, or your account can get flagged for spam and shut down.

Do you know if someone else posted one of my items on Pinterest and then I post it who gets the credit. I was trying to go back and post all my items on Pinterest so I would get the credit for the sale. Not sure how that works.

If your product sells, you will get some amount of money for the sale, no matter who posts it to Pinterest. If you post the product to Pinterest, Zazzle might pay themselves a marketing fee. There are a lot of threads about that. You can post about at least about five pins to Pinterest per day and not have an issue. Maybe more, if you are waiting some significant time between pinning.

Oh, my goodness I'm posting about 50 a day did not know there could be a problem. The 50 a day is Zazzle and another site. I do wait a little time. Is it better to post to Pinterest or just not to bother with Pinterest. I never really ever posted to Pinterest on any of my sites and sold just fine until now. It is a pain in the behind to post to Pinerest and I never experience someone being able to profit from me and cutting my profit on any site, so I am not sure how best to deal with it. Thank you, any advice is appreciated.

I post up to 10 products at a time on Pinterest with no trouble. If you’re posting too many posts at once, Pinterest thinks you may be spamming the system. However, I don’t know what specific number raises the alarm.

I post 20 a day and have not gotten the message. Sometimes if I go over 20, I get the error message. So I think 20 is a good rule of thumb.

There's no specific number that they've said can trigger the spam block, and it seems to change now and then. But if you're pinning a lot one after the other they do look at "pin velocity," or how fast you're pinning things, and that can trigger the spam warnings. I would try to slow down and only do 3-5 at a time, then come back later and do some more. Don't pin the same URL more than about once a week, but it a little different if you're pinning directly from Zazzle and if you're making pins to schedule on Pinterest separately. If you're pinning directly from Zazzle it just looks like someone is pinning products, because Pinterest doesn't keep track of which shop is yours. It's probably how much your pinning if you're just starting out (start with a few a day and work your way up) or how fast you're doing it.
If they do deactivate your account you can appeal it, and most of the time they'll give the account back, but sometimes they don't. You can start a new account, but you need to start slow and work your way up if you're pinning that many a day. If you go from 0 pins a day on a brand-new account and you're suddenly pinning 50 times a day it looks spammy and they pay attention to that.

I do pin directly from Zazzle or whatever site I am on. I will cut back so far, my Pinterest account is fine but don't want to push my luck. Thank you.
