Zero sales from the day the product was created. What could be the reason for this?

Your product titles and descriptions are inadequate. 'Mug", "Paper Cup", "Girl's T-Shirt", "Throw Pillow", etc., do not begin to say anything unique about what you are offering. The description on your item with the title "Mug" says: "Drink coffee from this mug with a very beautiful address." This description doesn't describe the design in any way. How will someone find your product in a search? Finally, you must use tags which are relevant to the product. "Home, living, kitchen, dining, drinkware, mugs, cups, mug" are too broad.

I'd also pay attention to the design. On "Mama Needs Coffee" you have a heart symbol before and after "Mama", but while you have a space between the first heart and the word, you don't have a space at the other end. I'd also have the design repeated on both sides, rather than just once in the middle, but maybe that's just a personal preference...

Also, watch out for spelling. You have a paper cup on which is "Thanks fore coming." The word is "for," not "fore." The latter is an old version of "before." Also, I noticed a couple coffee mugs with the design on the front, not the sides, and the display you've chosen is for the side where no design shows and therefore looks blank. The way you set up the display is exactly how the customer sees it. These things are important, but what Nigel has said concerning your titles, tags, and descriptions is absolutely vital.

There's no guarantee that anything will sell. It's not like you post something and wait for it to sell.
