We know that you spend countless hours using our website, and if there’s ways that we can improve our tools please let us know!

Think of this board as being like a suggestion box – you can click on the “Suggest an Idea” button and let us know how we can improve a certain tool, or how we can improve your experience. The more detail the better! We can’t guarantee that all ideas will be implemented immediately, but this new format for idea submissions will ensure that they make it onto the right person’s desk.

Please note that this section is optimized for submitting ideas and suggestions to the Zazzle team, so the comments section has been simplified. This means that you will not be able to reply to or give kudos to other comments. If you’d like to have a conversation with your fellow community members then we’d suggest using the General Discussion board.

Note I am referring to the 'details' portion of the product page where all the template fields appear in a single list. And NOT the editing page the customer sees after 'customize further' etc. I myself currently add the word 'REVERSE ....' when adding a template field to the back of something before saying the purpose of that text field. It is not always obvious to the customer which side of the template they are editing from their view unless they enter the customization tools. It would be great if the system automatically had a fail-safe where the template field always indicated which SIDE of a document, card, invitation they were entering text for.
