Hi

I know this has been discussed already in many threads, but I can't find a main thread about bulk download and I'd like to propose an Interim solution.

With the emphasis on having the mockups/unique in-situs etc for Media Manager for both products and Collections, it would be so helpful to be able to download images in bulk. I would be content with the ability to:

  1. Filter products, e.g., created in a certain date range
  2. Download all zip files for those products with a single click.

I hope that something like this is in the works. With the assumption that it is a significant enhancement, would it be possible to provide an interim enhancement that might be quicker to implement?

Interim Timesaver - Possible Enhancement?

In the meanwhile, would it be possible to add a "Download images" option to the Actions menu on the Product page. Even this would save the time and clicks involved to

  1. Click on the product to open it
  2. Dismiss the 20% off pop-up
  3. Click on Media Manager
  4. Click on "Download your artwork or product photos"
  5. Choose the zip file to Download

In aggregate, saving all these clicks would save a lot of time and would enable us to make more original Media images, which I think is the real objective.

note: I don't *really* want the whole zip file, but I'd rather speed the download steps and select what I want from the zip once it is on my machine.

Thanks

I had a misunderstanding about the zip files. I thought they contained all the product images, but they are just the artwork.

Nonetheless, it would still save steps to be able to jump from the Actions menu on the Product page to the Media Manager download dialog.
