When Will Digital Downloads be Live? And Where Will Option be Displayed?

When will digital downloads be live?  The op in or opt out deadline has come and gone, but unless I am looking in the wrong place, the option is not live in the marketplace yet.    Where will the option be displayed?  Right the top of the product page near the pricing, or somewhere lower down?  I'm not certain I'm even looking for it in the right place.

Do you have a date to go live yet?  Thank you, and looking forward to seeing how this.

Jan 12th was the deadline to opt out before they migrate all the designs. I believe they should be launching around this or next week, they also have been having technical issues with the product stats so it might be a little longer till everyone has access to it,

I can't wait for it though!

I am opted out. But I checked several shops, so far there is no link to digital downloads anywhere that I could find.
Where the option for digital downloads will be displayed is a good question. Probably have to wait till it goes live to find out, with most likely various glitches and bugs included (get ready for them LOL)...
Either the mods will announce the release, or the shops will beat the mods to it and post in the forums before the mods post. Our shopkeepers post new info fast.

I am looking forward to the Digital Downloads going live!  I received an inquiry from a customer just this month as to whether they could purchase a digital copy of one of my designs, and I really had to think about it at that time.  Frankly people have been "digitally downloading" my artwork for years to Pinterest and to their own stores on Amazon and to Facebook.  It will be nice to get PAID for customers wanting to do their own thing with the images.  For Heaven's sake, how many of us have seen OUR artwork offered in ads at the bottom of our own Zazzle Shop pages?!?!  We may as well get a cut of the pie!  😄

There's a notification bell (top right side of the website). I think Zazzle will notify us when the program is active.

The feature is not live just yet, and I don't have an exact date when it will be. Very soon, though...

engender some discussion!

 I see that many of the GREETING CARDS in my Dance Shop WERE marked as Downloadable Whatever a few minutes ago, yet now that notation is nowhere to be seen.  I would like to know WHAT THE CUSTOMER is going to see and how he/she goes about purchasing the design as a DOWNLOAD.  I have some customers waiting for an opportunity to purchase the designs through Zazzle and I would like to send an eMail with instructions, but not at this point!!!  I have no idea how to purchase these items (and I've been HERE SINCE 2008 or so) so how can I tell my customers what to do?  Thanks !!!
