Why are only some of my invitations eligible for enabling instant download?

I can't see the difference between the invitations that are eligible in my store, and the invitations that are not. I would like all of them to be enabled. What am I missing?

They have to be on the invitation product in order for them to be eligible. So if you designed the invite on a generic card or paper sheet, those are not eligible for the download program - at least not yet. So far, the only eligible products are invitations, save the date cards, posters, holiday cards, and greeting cards.

Not sure if you have done this or might  need to do it for the invitations that are not enabled:

Thank you. Unfortunately, it only lets me enable a few. When I filter for eligible, it only shows those few, and not all of them. I can't figure out the difference between the ones that are deemed eligible and the ones that are not. They seem the same.

What you might be experiencing is the time issue.
it says: when you have completed editing your details. It will take 24-48 hours to update this listing in the Zazzle Marketplace.

Thank you! I had no idea so many of my invitations I have made as flat cards, or even that it mattered. Transferring the non-eligible designs to invitations seems to be working though. Thanks again!

I'm so glad that solved the mystery! I do agree that it's SUPER confusing to have cards which are physically the same, but are actually different products. I think it was something they came up with about 5 years ago mostly for marketing purposes, so there was method to their madness. You can search the help for "the paper breakout" if you want to read more about what they did and why - they actually made several videos explaining it all. But I wasn't really designing back then, so it took me a fair amount of confusion and putting things on the wrong product before I figured it all out.
