Anyone Else Not Receiving Digital 'Self' Referrals??

Edit: I guess the posters/prints are hitting the ‘max earnings threshold’ we are allowed to make on digital, while the invitations don’t. Still a major bummer that we are getting hit with the marketing fees on digital self-referrals. : (  I’ll remove some of the order specific details of this post, but keep the general idea in case anyone else has been wondering.

Hi all, is anyone else noticing that they are not receiving all of their referrals on some ‘Self’ digital sales? Today is now the second time I have had this happen in the past couple weeks. It seems to be effecting the posters/prints and not the invitations (not sure about folded cards or anything else).  Am I missing something, are these some how processing differently? I know they have a different marketing fee on them and that’s why they have different royalties.

“* If your Royalties earned on a digital Product exceed the Self-Promotion Link Earnings goal for a Product in that relevant Product Marketplace Department (i.e., 35-50% of Net Referral Sales), you will not earn a Referral Commission for that Referred Sale.”

And as digital royalties exceed the department rate (eg 92.9% is more than 50% ) you don’t earn any

You do on some for sure. Because I always get it on the invitations. So basically it means that the posters/prints specifically are hitting the ‘threshold’ then.
