For the love of God - I cannot find the place in settings to create a message to thank a customer for purchase. Where IS that bloody thing?

Account setting (not store settings) > Advanced Setting - scroll down page to Personal Message to your customers
or https://www.zazzle.com/mbr/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/settings/advanced - replace the x’s with your user id #.
