Is there a tutorial on wrapping paper creation?

I’ve used my repeating patterns applied to papers a few years ago beautifully, but having issues now tiling on wrapping papers…not working appropriately…it’s as if you have to make the artwork exactly at the individual wrap pp dimensions rather than tiling across the lengths/widths.

Would appreciate a paper “expert” to address my q’s or a current tut link.

I place my repeating patterns on the horizontal design placement option for the roll wrap. Then I choose centered to tile it. You can also use the tile placement, but you won’t be able to adjust the size of the pattern. Hope this helps!

Thanks so much ArtVixen…am going to try your suggestions. Many of my patterns are half-drops and that’s where I really need help. This will be of great benefit. Appreciate your quick reply:)

You’re welcome. Try the different tiling options. I have many half-drops and I use the centered tiling option. Actually, that one works for all of my patterns.
