Backend Products In Limbo (Same Items Previously 'Stuck' For Indexing)

So the products specifically that were stuck for the past two weeks with the indexing problem are still having problems in the backend (they are now showing on my front end shop - yay!).  If I try using the search in my backend, either on the product page, or within the ‘add items’ in a collection page, it cannot find those items.  So if I say search for ‘graduation’ or ‘matchbox’ the results will not include these items no matter what word I use that they should show up for.  The only way I can see these items is if I just scroll page by page until I get to them.  If I do try to search it’s like it gets stuck, and I have to go backward, and then refresh, and go back in and do the manual scroll way.  These same products are also on occasion just randomly disappearing from my product feed when I refresh, and only after refreshing again do they reappear. It’s very strange.

@jophb don’t have the answer but if you use the term “matches” or “lighters” - that should make your matchboxes appear.

I searched your store front with the term ‘matches’

Yes, the front end of the shop is not the problem.  If you search ‘matches’ on the backend, none of those in the screenshot appear. I can try every related keyword (even something like ‘blue’) that they should pull up for, and they do not.

help the Tech team investigate by giving them the URLs of the products that you are searching for and all the search terms you’ve tried.

As some of them were only created 02/21 there could still be indexing issues

Yep, examples are always helpful!

@Scott  it is quite literally every product I made from 2/12-2/27 that this seems to be effecting. I say those dates, because I can search ‘graduation’ and the search results give me these products below, but there should be dozens between them (and I should have on 2/25-27 for sure).  Just to be clear. I can see the products on the backend if I just have look at the full normal product feed.  It’s just that the search option is not showing them either on the backend product feed or within the ‘add to collection’ searches.

Here are some examples:
This is the most recent showing for ‘quinceanera’ when I search newest to oldest, but there should be dozens of newer items created 2/12-2/17

Here are some examples of those products:

I’m having the same problem with all the products I made in that date range not showing up in back end searches. (mostly graduation cards). They ARE in my public view of my store, and I can see the products in my back end if I scroll through, but not with a search.

I have run into the same problem repeatedly over the years, so it existed prior to February.
